Yes, it can really save you a lot of money if you know how to build your own PC. Another benefit is that you can build a hardcore one by selecting the best for each piece.

I also prefer a customized or self-assembled PCs. Aside from the savings, you can ensure the overall quality of your PC. If you're not sure about assembling it yourself, find a friend or someone who can help you with it. :)

Self building is not always wise... when you look at it now days you can get quality pre-builds that only need afew upgrades. Now is that worth less stress?

Self building your pc is kinda overrated.
